Free Back-to-School Immunization & Sports Physical Clinics at Roosevelt E.S.

Need help getting your child immunized for school?

The first day of school is quickly approaching! We can’t wait to see your child, but they must be up to date on their immunizations to start school on time.

If your child is interested in playing sports, they must also complete a sports physical.

This year, thanks to our partner, Legacy Health, there are several free immunization and sports physical clinics available.

Space is limited, and while appointments aren’t required, they are recommended. Be sure to sign up today!
