a) Tests and quizzes – which will be worth 100 points.

b) Notebook – each student will be expected to copy everything that I do on the overhead. You must put the correct date and page number of the problems that we are working on that day. The notebook will be handed in every Friday. If you are absent on Friday it is your responsibility to hand the notebook in the next time your are in class. The notebook will be worth 60 points each week. The daily assignments will be done each day in your notebook. The notebook will be graded by daily work each week which is worth 20 points; the teacher notes which is worth 20 points and warm-ups which are also worth 20 points. If you are gone a day during the week you must get somebody else’s notebook and copy down the notes for that day.
