Upon completion of the
Multimedia Video Communications Program
students will:

· Demonstrate effective oral, written and visual communication

· Demonstrate technical skills that include:
- analog & digital camcorder operation with a tripod
- audio recording
- editing
- program planning & scriptwriting

· Create and produce a variety of multimedia video productions

· Organize their time, materials and team members to meet deadlines

· Analyze, evaluate and critique peer productions as well as their own productions

· Understand and demonstrate personal and equipment safety

· Recognize and evaluate problems and determine how to solve them

· Name and explain proper production techniques, demonstrate them, analyze the appropriate use of each, create productions using them and evaluate their effect

· Defend & value professionalism
