¡Yearbook Needs Pictures!

The yearbook needs pictures!  If you have any pictures from school events we need them!  Tell your parents, and tell your friends! You can send them into us using an e-share program at www.hjeshare.com and enter the school code 2015398 to give us the pics.


A BIG THANK YOU
to the seniors who turned in their photos and quotes. If you did not turn them in yet, we will still accept them, but for now we will substitute your ID photo until you give us a better one.
We need all senior pictures as soon as possible as we are starting to design the pages
(which will be better than ever, by the way!)

We will give you a chance to check your pictures, names and quotes in November or December

Senior Parent Ads

The Deadline for Senior Parent Ads is December 18, 2009, the last day before Winter Break.

The Yearbook has a new plan for designing the parent ads this year, and some sample ads and prices are on the link below. You can still design your own ad and submit it in JPEG format or you may simply submit your photos and text with a sketch or idea of what you’d like.

In either case, please bring the materials in to the school on a CD, USB drive (we'll return it) or in an envelope,
all clearly marked with your name, phone number and email address.

We will email you a PDF file of your ad for your review and approval
(note:  PDFPDF or portable document files are readable on all computers).

Prices and Ad demos



The surest way to submit your ad is to bring it in to Skyview when you pay at the business office.
Please include your receipt with your ad.

  1. Label each picture you would like on the ad by level of importance (1=most important and so on).  Turn all the labeled photos along with the message you would like in an envelope at the business office.
  2. You can also Email all the pictures you would like in JPEG format along with your message to Katherine.devere@vansd.org. Please label the importance of the photos in this case too. Be sure to ask for a confirmation that your email was received.

Seniors—We are still accepting senior photos and quotes for another few weeks, but we will use your school ID for now until you give us a different photo. A list of seniors who have not submitted a quote or photo is outside the media center, so be sure to check it and to take care of getting us a better photo than your school ID if you want one. We need a quote from everyone!

 

We will give you a chance in December to look at your photo, quote, and the spelling of your name. This will be announced on this web site, on posters, and through the school announcements. 
Once we give you a chance to check your photo and info, the corrected pages will be sent to the plant, so don’t delay, as this will be your last chance.

 

Seniors—We need photos of  you on your job for the Jobs page and also Now and Then photos.
Bring them to Room 711.

The yearbook needs sports and activities photos. If you have any good ones you’d like to submit, please go to www.hjeshare.com and enter the school code 2015398 to give us the pictures. Please make sure they are JPEGs and about 500KB or larger in size.

 

Many thanks to all of you parents and students who have already submitted through eShare.

We are using many of these photos and are grateful, so keep them coming!
