Excessive praise or flattery

5. Exorbitant, adj.
much too high, excessive
Example: The $100.00 price for that book is exorbitant!
6. Irony, noun
1 An expression signifying the opposite, typically for humorous effect. 2 A state of affairs that appears perversely contrary to what one expects. |
