HAVING STUDIED the substantial contribution educated women have made in the work force of industrialized countries,
OBSERVING studies indicating that the more educated a female is the more healthy she and her children are,
NOTING the postive correlation between health and productivity,
OBSERVING the lack of academic encouragement and support, both cultural and governmental, in many countries,
TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION that the education of women through the adolescent years will create a more prosperous society where women are less oppressed,
RECOMMENDS that all nations make available easily accessible and mandatory free education for women aged five to sixteen.
