RECOGNIZING that women in developing countries have difficulty affording safe abortions, effective birth control, and prescriptions like RU-486,

DEEPLY CONCERNED about the growing population in developing countries,

NOTING that overpopulation in many areas has resulted in problematic heath, food and water concerns,

FULLY BELIEVING that providing safe abortions, effective birth control, and prescriptions like RU-486 would help improve living conditions worldwide by helping to curb an unwanted population expansion,

SUPPORTS actions taken by individual countries to provide developing countries with women's health clinics;

REQUESTS that the UN support the provision of free effective birth control devices, RU-486 accessibility and safe abortion access to all women in developing and third world countries.
