You will choose a topic from a cup and have 2 minutes to prepare a speech that includes
1. Introduction/Policy Statement: what the topic is and your position on it
2. Body: at least 3 reasons why you support your position
3. Conclusion: reiteration of your position

11. Visitors from other worlds should be given an official immigration status and processed accordingly- none of this popping in at random.

1. No countries should have a veto power in the UN.
2. The United Nations should be called The Imperial Senate
3. The UN should be required to play mood music during all committee sessions.

6. Countries who do not follow the UN Charter should be fined and, if a third infraction occurs, kicked out of the UN.

10. The UN should be the sole harbor of all nuclear weapons. The UN should have a depository for all nuclear weapons from all countries. No nuclear weapons should be owned by any country.
11. The UN should create a world-wide fast response anti-terrorism unit under the code name Rainbow 6.
12. NGO's should be allowed full participation in the UN with the same rights as country ambassadors.
13. Dr. Questad's students should be funded to visit the UN in New York as part of their class experience.
