Coaches from each school will turn in the following form for each delegate.

I hereby grant the general media as well as Vancouver School District permission to use the following information on the VSD Model United Nations Website which is published on district servers:

I reserve the right to retract this permission at any time. Retraction must be made in writing to Dr. Questad. Deletion of information will be made within five working days of receipt of the acknowledged request for retraction unless an emergency exists.

Coaches, please submit your collection of these forms to Dr. Questad through interschool mail. If a delegate press form is not received VSD and the VSDMUN staff will not be held responsible. Furthermore, participation of a delegate without this form may be suspended.
