Delegates will write two position papers, one on each of their two agenda topics. Position papers provide delegates with a useful tool to condense research into usable form. Delegates should focus on the underlying issues behind the topic, past actions to address the problem, and further actions that should be taken.Position papers need not be more than about two paragraphs, in which delegates should write from the persepctive of their country and lay out their government's views on the topic. Position papers will be evaluated based on depth of understanding, thoroughness and eloquence. Papers must be emailed to the following address: skyviewmun@gmail.com or sent through inter-school mail by Friday, March 7th for evaluation.
Awards will be given to the top delegates with the best position papers. Points from the position papers will be added to other points in the cumulative awards for best delegations.
