All members report to MUN Headquarters
1. Tuesday after school for Commons and Committe Room set-up
2. Tuesday 9:00 PM for Commons take-down and Committee room check
3. Wednesday 7:30 AM, registration and escort service for Delegates and Judges to 500 Wing and forums
from office, main entrances and registration desk
4. Wednesday 3:00 PM for take-down and ... do you want to do review then or Thursday after school?

-Put ice water in every room with cups at moderator's table
-Keep filled with ice water, using ice from kitchen

2. Offer Ms. Zambon, World Court, items from time to time

3. Certificate production: 2:00-2:20 Wednesday

4. Photocopy Queen: takes all amendments from committee rooms and photocopies 40 of them Tuesday night.

Bodell 1. Directs set-up and take-down of Security Council Room 502 C with US team

Patton 1. Directs set-up and take-down of Environment Room in 502 B with French team  
Gilman 1. Directs set-up and take-down of Humanitarian Room (606 Forum) with PRC team  
Rodewald 1. Directs set-up and take-down of Economic Room (400 Forum) with PRC team  
Hope, Whitling and Jenkins

1. Responsible for the Flags using instruction sheet

a) Find the ones we need, using country assignment list and put them out on stage Tues. after school in alpha order
b) Direct guards and Head Ambassadors 6:40-6:55 in line-up with flags
c) Establish posting place by "stage" in Commons and let guards know
d) At close of Tues. evening the flags need to go to auditorium for display during Awards Assembly. Be aware of performances that will need stage, too.
e) Put away flags using instruction sheet for pick-up by district

2. Responsible for Commons set-up and take down

Direct Tim Blackton, custodians and do the set-up and take-down for moderators, Larson and delegate speaker areas
Remember chairs for judges and observers on top

3. Direct custodians and us in setting up stage to accomodate acts, flags as well as awards with Moderators, Rappatuers and speakers.

 
Hill

Tuesday evening and Wed. morning: make sure all beverage carts are in Room 505- check in with Mrs. Fritz.

Tuesday at 6:30
1) coffee cart with cookies and 1 ice water pitcher
2) 1 ice water pitchers with cups for moderating table
Wed. at 7:30
1) 7 ice water pitchers with ice water and many cups
2) 2 beverage carts- one in Judges's Chambers, Room 505, and the other in Coaches' Lounge, 502 A.

 
Bodell 1. Certificate Wizard- set this up on my site and be prepared to do them on Tuesday, gathering the info from judges. Have Cusack, Onstead

Patton's French Team 1. Main Entrance and Office Crew- beginning at 7:10. First of all, explain that they should park in back lot. Redirect them if needed. Then escort judges and moderators to Office for pass and then to Room 505 for 7:30 meeting. If any delegates come in this door direct them to 500 Wing. Report to your committee rooms at 7:55 (waiting until last possible moment for late delegates).  
Jenkins PNA Team 1. Posted at registration desk to escort/direct delegates to respective rooms, answer questions, filed emergencies (I forgot my packet, what do I do? - Where's a phone?  
China Team (not Brinker) 1. Bus Entrance Welcome Escort- beginning at 7:10. Escort judges and moderators to Office for pass and then to Room 505 for 7:30 meeting
