1. I saw love as a rose
It was blood red
It turned and seized me with it's thorns before I had a chance to stop it.

I saw it's little bud begin to bloom into something
beautiful and its thorns begin to fall off.

I heard it's laughter, that sounded as if
it had waited an eternity to be let loose.

 MONDAY - Parallel Construction

1. My goals for the next 3-8 years is to be in college and studying for my future.


2. I will overcome them by staying focused, giving it my absolute all, and self-discipline.


3. I would like to play football because it's a team sport and have played it before.

 WEDNESDAY - apostophes

1. In college there will be a lot of party's and events that will probably involve drinking.

2. Overcoming some of these wont be all that difficult.

3. Some temptations are parties' and drugs.

 
TUESDAY - Word Choice

1. I know that I may encounter many trials and situations that will have to be overcome and maintained with my strict self-discipline.

2. With hockey and my trying to excel in school also I will be spread very thin.

3. Some strategies that I want to overcome so I can avoid those distractions include not giving up until I make it.

4. 1. For me to get into a college that I want to attend, I know I will have to take the advice of other people who are older and wiser then I am.

THURSDAY - Capitalization

1. I want to be an Orthodontist.

2. I know that I can't get under a 3.7 GPA.

3. I would like to go into the Marines.

1. My goals for the next 3 to 8 years of my life are: to graduate high school with a high GPA, start research TV and Radio Productions, and getting lots of experience in the field.

2. I am very lucky to have a group of freinds who will not pressure me, and take no for an answer.

 WEDNESDAY - Misplaced Modifier

1. For me to get into a college that I want to attend, I know I will have to take other people's advice who are older and wiser than I am.

1. The main reason I want to be a pro skater is to be a role model for young kids that skate and I love to skate.

2. The wrong friends that I could make in high school would also lead me away from my goals.

3. A possible solution to this problem is to not hang out with friends that do drugs.

1. I will need to get good grades throughout all of High School.

2. I have to graduate from HS/with a good Gpa.

3. I must graduate from H.S. with a good G.P.A.

4. The way I plan to overcome this horror is to get active in things after school such as the blazer club in Portland.

1. I want to be a forestry engineer. I would have to work hard. I will have to prioritize my time and activities.

1. Some goals I would like to accomplish are to get good grades so I can get into a good college, I would also like to become a computer programmer.

1. Fear of going out in public especailly at night and facing freaky people, and facing higher authorities when I did something wrong.

2. Like on a work night not going out and partying with my friends, but staying home and sleeping.

3. Or having poor health may keep me from getting up in the morning and getting to school.
