Make out a check for $98.00 made out to the Skyview Business
Office if you are a JSA Member If you are not a JSA member yet, make out your check for $101.00 so that you become a member and qualify for the JSA Conference discount. Submit it to the SHS Business Office Bring Dr. Questad your receipt with all signed papers. |
| Transportation: |
Dr. Questad will be providing transportation in her family owned van. Both Dr. Questad and this van have been through the VSD certification process for driving on fieldtrips. |

Sat., 11/23, 7:00 am : Meet at SHS and pack up Dr. Questad's
van. ...................7:10 am: Departure Sunday, 11/24, Morning Departure - Each student will call parent/guardian at departure and at Woodland to give notice of arrival time back at Skyview |

Eligibility:

The first 5 who submit the following fully filled out will be eligible to attend. The limit is 5 due to transportation restrictions. If a parent with required car insurance is available, additional students will be notified of acceptance in the order of their submission of all required paperwork. Those who submit a check to the Business Office but are denied transportation, will recieve their check back. |
