Current Syllabus:  Starting Your Own Business

 

Business Plan Worksheet Link – Use this for brainstorming your business and marketing campaign.

 

Business Plan Cover Letter Link – Use your Business Plan Worksheet to complete this letter.  Be sure to draw in your logo as your letterhead at the top!

 

Market Study Summary – Use the Internet or your own knowledge to identify your competition.  You only need to find three competitors.  Use their prices and products to determine what yours will be and if you can get an advantage over them.

 

Products/Services and Prices Worksheet – Briefly describe the products/services you sell and their price.  Calculate the revenue you estimate you will make each day.  Use this revenue in your Income and Expense Worksheet.

 

Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment Cost Worksheet – Fill this out using the rough draft you completed last week in the computer lab.  Add information if needed.

 

Income and Expense Worksheet – Fill out this worksheet using the spaces in Red.  This will provide you with your company’s profit.  Your income comes from your Products/Services and Prices Worksheet.

 

Personal Budget Worksheet – Fill out this worksheet using the rough draft you completed the other day.  Fill in only the monthly amounts, the spreadsheet will calculate your annual expenses.

Business Plan Table of Contents – When you have completed all of your worksheets, cover letter and market study summary, print out this form and put together your finished work product.  Put your worksheets etc in the proper sequence.  Don’t worry about page numbers.
